Refund & Returns Policy
All the purchases from Modi Brothers UK Limited are adhere to this policy.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us for a full refund.
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exemptions
- Bespoke, custom-made items, OEM products, any product which is out of our catalogue & all the products made after the approval are non-refundable.
- Returns are only accepted from the original purchaser.

Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- If goods are received damaged, missing parts, or in non-original packaging, a refund may not be possible (unless the damage was reported upon receipt).
- We strongly recommend photographing the item and packaging before returning it to ensure proof of condition.
Return Deadline
We must receive the returned goods within 14 days of your return request. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping & Liability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
- We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked and signed-for service.

Bespoke Orders Policy
Please be aware that bespoke and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable even if it is not fit for purpose. This includes:
- Items made or finished at your request & approval.
- Non-catalogue items that are custom-made and cannot be resold.
- Any range of items that do not feature standard finishes.
- Any OEM products or finish based on your sample or drawings.
Additionally, cancellations cannot be accepted if a bespoke order has already entered production and cannot reasonably be resold.
